White Toyota Rav 4 was driving careless and very rude. Operator was an Asian man, approximately 50 years old. Cut off many people before he pulled into a plaza. Didn't stop to apologize and blew threw a stop sign near his business, like he owns the road. Would not want to do any business with someone who fails to understand the basic road rules.
